Despite always having a soft spot for this song, I never thought it would end up on the EP. It was far too short, far too simple, and far too depressing to qualify. However, as time went on, these factors worked as its charm, and I honestly fell in love with it on a complicated level, different from any other on offer here.
The process is painfully self explanatory, its passion captured honestly and instantaneously. Whilst at my local supermarket I was surprised to find a 10 minute voice message from my housemate had been left on my phone. Voyeuristic me, I naturally listened to the whole thing and was gutted to discover a conversation taking place which involved myself. Upset, I went home and wrote this song immediately, falling into shape within minutes, start to finish. Of course, it wouldn't be complete without including said voice message, which I did, adding a great spice to the vibe, whilst potentially opening me up for some serious trouble. Uhm, sorry?
